BTW Manifesto
We work beside the water.
Not to admire it, but to live near it—
washing brushes, slicing fruit, making music, sketching ideas.
We’re drawn to the objects that gather there: tactile, hand-held, culturally rooted things shaped by use. They remind us that flow isn’t a concept. It’s a practice.
Our work is facilitated, not performative.
We take what’s abstract and make it usable.
We reduce anxiety with structure and create clarity people can actually hold.
This isn’t about transcendence or big reveals.
It’s about grounded movement: steady, human, and intentional.
This is where ideas take shape:
in the everyday rhythms of making,
beside the water,
where flow becomes form.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Althéa Labré
Over the last 15 years, I’ve seen how a clear, well-built brand can transform a business by establishing trust, loyalty, and growth. And my work is about creating those transformations.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen a university evolve into a communications leader, a YouTube channel grow to millions of views, and small businesses turn into thriving brands that connect with the people they serve.
For me, the real reward isn’t the design work itself. It’s seeing the lasting impact: more clarity, more confidence, and more opportunities for growth.
